She is very informative and explains to you how exactly the process works for molding, designing, and adjusting your custom orthotic for your needs and also does check ups to make sure your orthotics are doing well.
I have gone to other places like The Foot Spot and The Good Feet store where you are surrounded by uncaring salespeople trying to sell you a product with no regards for your needs and lifestyle.
It is very clear Filly’s main purpose is to help reduce your feet pain. There is no sales pitch, sales tactics, and no misleading return policy. She is there to truly help.
