Flat Feet Common Issues
Flat feet is when the arches on the inside of your feet are flattened, allowing the entire soles of your feet to touch the floor when you stand up. Flat feet can be a common condition and occur when the arches don’t develop during childhood. In other cases, flat feet develop after an injury or from the simple wear-and-tear of the arches and everyday life.
Common issues are ankle and knee pain, they can alter the alignment of the legs, which in turn can cause Over Pronation. Bunions and hammertoes are also common, and when the toes start to cross over one another, then this can cause not only painful feet, but balance issues can arise.
