We stand behind our custom-made insoles and want you to be completely satisfied with your investment.

If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 30 days of your original purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

• A minimum of two complimentary adjustment appointments must be completed during the 30-day period.
• Adjustments are provided at no additional charge and are an important part of the fitting process.
• Because our insoles are custom-made, there is often a break-in period as your feet, ankles, knees, hips, and body adapt to improved alignment and support.
• If, after the adjustment process, we are unable to fine-tune the insoles to adequately address the original discomfort or concern discussed during your consultation, a refund may be requested.

All approved refunds are subject to a $75 custom fabrication and processing fee, as each pair of insoles is individually manufactured and cannot be resold.

Refund requests must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
